we set up a experimental TOR relay and TOR web proxy without data retention. this means that you can visit tor .onion sites (hidden services) without using tor and without data retention:

but you shouldn't use it as stand alone! its only experimental. use it together with tor, jondonym or other proxys. if the service isnt running, try again later. maybe the server is busy. in some months we will expand the capacity.
